20 oz pkg organic mixed greens
1/4 lb
thickly sliced deli ham, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 lb
genoa salami, cut into 1" pieces
1/2 lb
mozzarella cheese, cut into 1" chunks
2 large
ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks

6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained

7 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained, cut into 1/2" strips

pepperoncini peppers

extra lg pitted black olives
1/2 c
light italian dressing

How to Make The best italian antipasto

Step-by-Step

  • 1On a lg platter, arrange mixed greens. Arrange all other ingredients, except for dressing, in a decorative fashion over greens.
  • 2Drizzle dressing over all ingredients. Lightly toss.
