Ingredients
- 1 - 20 oz pkg organic mixed greens
- 1/4 pound thickly sliced deli ham, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 pound genoa salami, cut into 1" pieces
- 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, cut into 1" chunks
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 - 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 - 7 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained, cut into 1/2" strips
- 6 - pepperoncini peppers
- 20 - extra lg pitted black olives
- 1/2 cup light italian dressing
How To Make the best italian antipasto

Step 1On a lg platter, arrange mixed greens. Arrange all other ingredients, except for dressing, in a decorative fashion over greens.

Step 2Drizzle dressing over all ingredients. Lightly toss.
