Ingredients

3 cchopped cucumber (peeled and seeded before chopping)

1 cchopped green onion

3/4 cchopped radish (stems and root removed)

1/4 cchopped fresh mint leaves

3 Tbspminced peeled fresh ginger

3 Tbspfresh lime juice

2 Tbspgranulated sugar

1/2 tsphot chile oil

1 tspsesame oil

How to Make Thai "Salsa"
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season with salt.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Stir before serving cold.
