chopped radish (stems and root removed)

chopped fresh mint leaves
3 Tbsp
minced peeled fresh ginger
3 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp
granulated sugar
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1/2 tsp
hot chile oil
1 tsp
sesame oil
salt, to taste

How to Make Thai "Salsa"


  • 1Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season with salt.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Stir before serving cold.
