This is a fresh, spicy, chunky dip that can feed a crowd. I first tried it, years ago at a company party. I kept the recipe and our family looks forward to it each New Year's day!

Ingredients
- 2- 14 oz. cans blackeyed peas- drained
- 1- 15 oz. cans white hominy, drained
- 4 - green onions, chopped
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 2 - garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 - tomatoes, chopped
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
- 1 8oz. bottles italian dressing
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
