Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 oz) black eyed peas, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) white hominy, drained
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 4 - green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 bottle (8 oz) italian salad dressing
How To Make texas caviar

Step 1Combine all ingredients except salad dressing; mix well.

Step 2Pour salad dressing over mixture; cover and marinate at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Step 3Drain, serve with tortilla chips.
