    fine bulgur , washed and soaked .
  • 6 c
    parsley , finely chopped
  • 1 c
    green mint- finely chopped
  • 1 c
    tomatoes , cut into very small pieces
  • 1 c
    cucumber , cut into very small pieces
  • 1 c
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1
    lettuce , leaves seperated for garnishing
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Tabboleh


  1. Mix all the vegetables in a suitable bowl.
  2. Add the washed and drained fine Bulgur ( a boiled , then dried and ground wheat )
  3. Mix the olive oil , lemon juice and salt . Add this seasoning mixture over other ingredients , mix well , garnish with lettuce leaves and lemon slices .
