A mid Eastern appetizer/ Salad that boost your vitamins and fibers intake .

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fine bulgur , washed and soaked .
  • 6 cups parsley , finely chopped
  • 1 cup green mint- finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes , cut into very small pieces
  • 1 cup cucumber , cut into very small pieces
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 - lettuce , leaves seperated for garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon salt

How To Make tabboleh

  • Step 1
    Mix all the vegetables in a suitable bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add the washed and drained fine Bulgur ( a boiled , then dried and ground wheat )
  • Step 3
    Mix the olive oil , lemon juice and salt . Add this seasoning mixture over other ingredients , mix well , garnish with lettuce leaves and lemon slices .
