fine bulgur , washed and soaked .
parsley , finely chopped
green mint- finely chopped
tomatoes , cut into very small pieces
cucumber , cut into very small pieces
lemon juice, fresh
lettuce , leaves seperated for garnishing
How To Make
Mix all the vegetables in a suitable bowl.
Add the washed and drained fine Bulgur ( a boiled , then dried and ground wheat )
Mix the olive oil , lemon juice and salt . Add this seasoning mixture over other ingredients , mix well , garnish with lettuce leaves and lemon slices .
