I fix this every Christmas, one of my many adopted sons, Christopher has to have an extra making of this recip. So as you can guess I bake double-well if you saw Chris how could you turn down those puppy dog eyes!!!

Ingredients

3 c. - biscuit mix (i use bisquick mix)
1 c. - sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. - sweet potatoes, cooked/mashed (not can)
2 lb. - sausage (i use hot)

How To Make sweet potato sausage balls

Step 1

combine all ingreds., well. Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.

Step 2

Bake at 350 for 20 mins., or til lightly brown.
Step 3

When I'm mixing the ingreds., I wear plastic gloves and mix with my hands. Also I use an icecream scooper to scoop ount onto pan-all come out same size.
