Ingredients

8 ozcream cheese, softened

2 ccold mashed sweet potatoes

1/4 cfinely chopped green onions, some tops too
-
1/2 tspseasoned salt
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 tsptabasco sauce, or more

1/4 cchopped pecans or walnuts
How to Make Sweet Potato Cheese Ball
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and potatoes until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Shape into a ball or log; cover and refrigerate until firm (about 3 more hours). Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables spears.
