sweet potato cheese ball
This is real good and an easy way to use up any leftover sweet potatoes no matter what is mixed with them just add these ingredients in also. So good with bread sticks, vegetables, of crackers.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cold mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions, some tops too
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce, or more
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
How To Make sweet potato cheese ball

Step 1In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and potatoes until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Shape into a ball or log; cover and refrigerate until firm (about 3 more hours). Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables spears.
