This come's from the Levee Mercantile Vintage Recipe Collection. I found this at the St.Louis Arch Country Store back in 2009....

Ingredients

  • 12 medium red & green bell peppers,onions,finely chopped
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons canning salt

    Finely chop the peppers and onion, cov er with boiling water and let stand five minutes.Drain place in a large stockpot or kettle. Add vinegar,sugar,salt;boil five minutes.Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal immediately...
