Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 3 large tomatoes each cut into 8 slices
- 3 medium yellow tomatoes cut into eight slices
- 1 medium red onion cut lengthwise into thin slices
- 1/4 cup your favorite vinagrette
How To Make summer tomato salad

Step 1clean and peel your cucumbers. cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise, scraping out the seeds useing a teaspoon. cut the cucumber halfves into 2 inch julienne strips.

Step 2arrange the tomatoes and cucumber and red onion strips on a serving platter. drizzle with your favorite vinaigrette. serve immediately
