These are a hit at my xmas partys for the center of my olive tray. This year im going to shape into shamrock for my St patricks day party.
Weight watchers recipe. I used low fat cottage cheese'

How to Make Stuffed Pickles


  1. Cut ends of pickles and clean with orange slicer or small end of spoon.
    Combine cottage cheese with about teaspoon of dried dill and S&P. Fill each dried pickle w/ cheese mixture and refriderate for about half hour or longer. slice into chips and add to olive tray.
  2. I shape mine into a tree for xmas and sprinkle with paprika.
