Ingredients
- 2 packages button mushrooms
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1/3 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan, asiago, romano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- DIRECTIONS
- PULL STEMS OUT OF MUSHROOMS
- WASH MUSHROOMS AND STEMS
- CHOP STEMS FINE
- COOK ONIONS AND STEMS IN ABOUT 3 TLBS OLIVE OIL FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES
- REMOVE FROM STOVE AND SPRINKLE WITH GARLIC SALT
- ADD 1/3 CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS AND 1/4 CUP GRATED
How To Make stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Pull stems out of mushrooms.

Step 2Wash mushrooms and stems.

Step 3Chop stems fine.

Step 4Cook onions and stems in 3 tlbs olive oil for 10 minutes.

Step 5Remove from stove and sprinkle with garlic salt.

Step 6Add 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs and 1/4 cup grated cheese mixture and blend together.

Step 7If mixture is still dry, add olive oil until moist.

Step 8Pack mushrooms with above mixture.

Step 9Place mushrooms in a pan greased with a little olive oil.

Step 10Bake uncovered at 350º for 20/25 minutes.
