Ingredients For stuffed mushrooms

2 pkgbutton mushrooms
-
1 smonion, chopped fine
-
1/3 citalian bread crumbs
-
1/4 cparmesan, asiago, romano cheese
-
1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
4 Tbspolive oil
- DIRECTIONS
- PULL STEMS OUT OF MUSHROOMS
- WASH MUSHROOMS AND STEMS
- CHOP STEMS FINE
- COOK ONIONS AND STEMS IN ABOUT 3 TLBS OLIVE OIL FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES
- REMOVE FROM STOVE AND SPRINKLE WITH GARLIC SALT
- ADD 1/3 CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS AND 1/4 CUP GRATED
How To Make stuffed mushrooms

1Pull stems out of mushrooms.

2Wash mushrooms and stems.

3Chop stems fine.

4Cook onions and stems in 3 tlbs olive oil for 10 minutes.

5Remove from stove and sprinkle with garlic salt.

6Add 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs and 1/4 cup grated cheese mixture and blend together.

7If mixture is still dry, add olive oil until moist.

8Pack mushrooms with above mixture.

9Place mushrooms in a pan greased with a little olive oil.

10Bake uncovered at 350º for 20/25 minutes.
