spring hill ranch's refried bean dip
This is absolutely the best bean dip anywhere. Enjoy it with tortilla chips, or add some to your tacos or burritos. Don't tell anyone, but I even serve it in lieu of regular refried beans as a side dish!

Ingredients
- 2 cups basic refried beans (or one 15-16 ounce can of good quality canned refried beans)
- 5 slices canned sliced jalapeños
- 1 tablespoon brine from the bottled jalapeños
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sazón seasoning (optional) (available in the latin section...or make your own at https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/main-course-chicken/spring-hill-ranchs-sazon-seasoning.html )
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
How To Make spring hill ranch's refried bean dip

Step 1In the bowl of a food processor, place the beans, jalapeños, brine, salt, sugar, sazón (if using), onion powder, paprika, garlic powder and cayenne. Pulse-process until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the dip to a bowl and place it in the 'fridge for at least an hour before serving. Store it in the refrigerator.
