Wanted to use up the handful of baby spinach I had left in the fridge... and this Spinach Spread was born!

Ingredients
- a handful - fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup mozarella cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons salad dressing (italian or greek)
- 1/2 package cream cheese (softened)
How To Make spinach spread

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a food processor.

Step 2Process until all ingredients are well mixed.

Step 3Enjoy! This spread is great on bagel chips, crackers, toast. It is even awesome when spread on a sliced french loaf and warmed in the oven. Or as a pizza spread in lieu of red tomato sauce. I love it with chicken and kalamata olives on the pizza.
