This is a quick & easy finger food that can be made a head of time. I always have to make lots when my brothers are home.

Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup tomato sauce, if desired

How To Make spinach cheese balls

  • Step 1
    Heat the oven to 400F. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients, except the tomato sauce.
  • Step 2
    Shape mixture into 1 inch size balls & place on cookie sheet.
  • Step 3
    Bake for about 10 to 15 mins or until golden brown. Remove immediately from pan.
  • Step 4
    Serve with the tomato sacue.
