Spinach Cheese Balls

This is a quick & easy finger food that can be made a head of time. I always have to make lots when my brothers are home.

  • 1 box
    frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed
  • 1 c
    biscuit mix
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1
  • 2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 c
    tomato sauce, if desired

How to Make Spinach Cheese Balls


  1. Heat the oven to 400F. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients, except the tomato sauce.
  2. Shape mixture into 1 inch size balls & place on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for about 10 to 15 mins or until golden brown. Remove immediately from pan.
  4. Serve with the tomato sacue.
