Ingredients
- 1 box frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 - egg
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup tomato sauce, if desired
How To Make spinach cheese balls

Step 1Heat the oven to 400F. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients, except the tomato sauce.

Step 2Shape mixture into 1 inch size balls & place on cookie sheet.

Step 3Bake for about 10 to 15 mins or until golden brown. Remove immediately from pan.

Step 4Serve with the tomato sacue.
