Everyone loves these great appetizers. They were published in 2 magazines and our local newspaper. I didn't create them, but after serving them for 15 yrs. I am expected to bring them to parties!

2 box
frozen chopped spinach
2 c
herb stuffing mix
3/4 c
melted butter
chopped onion
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 c
parmesan cheese

How to Make Spinach Balls


  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Cook spinach as directed on the box, then drain very well.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients then add the spinach. Chill
  • 2Shape into small balls, smaller than a meatball. Place on the cookie sheet and bake 25 minutes.
    Serve warm. Makes about 30-40.
