Everyone loves these great appetizers. They were published in 2 magazines and our local newspaper. I didn't create them, but after serving them for 15 yrs. I am expected to bring them to parties!

Ingredients For spinach balls

  • 2 box
    frozen chopped spinach
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    herb stuffing mix
  • 3/4 c
    melted butter
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make spinach balls

    Preheat oven to 350. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Cook spinach as directed on the box, then drain very well. Mix the rest of the ingredients then add the spinach. Chill

    Shape into small balls, smaller than a meatball. Place on the cookie sheet and bake 25 minutes. Serve warm. Makes about 30-40.
