MY FAMILY LOVES THIS RECIPE. MY DAUGHTER HAS MADE IT SEVERAL TIMES FOR A PITCH IN WHERE SHE WORKS AND LEAVES WITH AN EMPTY CROCK POT.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach (thawed, place in colander to drain)
  • 3 cups pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix or sage
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 6 - eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon blk pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried

How To Make spinach balls

  • Step 1
    COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN LG. BOWL, MIX WELL.
  • Step 2
    USING TABLESPOON OR ICE CREAM SCOOPER, SHAPE INTO BALLS.
  • Step 3
    BAKE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET AT 325 DEGREES FOR APPROXMATELY 30 TO 40 MINS. CAN CHECK TO SEE IF DONE BEFORE THAT. CAN PLACE IN CROCKPOT TO KEEP WARM IF SERVING FOR A PARTY. YOU CAN ALSO FREEZE THE SPINACH BALLS AHEAD OF TIME BEFORE BAKING.
