MY FAMILY LOVES THIS RECIPE. MY DAUGHTER HAS MADE IT SEVERAL TIMES FOR A PITCH IN WHERE SHE WORKS AND LEAVES WITH AN EMPTY CROCK POT.
Ingredients

2 boxfrozen chopped spinach (thawed, place in colander to drain)

3 cpepperidge farm herb stuffing mix or sage

1 largeonion, finely chopped

6eggs, well beaten

3/4 cmelted butter or margarine

1 cparmesan cheese
-
1 tspblk pepper
-
1 1/2 tspgarlic salt

1/2 tspthyme, dried
How to Make SPINACH BALLS
- USING TABLESPOON OR ICE CREAM SCOOPER, SHAPE INTO BALLS.
- BAKE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET AT 325 DEGREES FOR APPROXMATELY 30 TO 40 MINS. CAN CHECK TO SEE IF DONE BEFORE THAT. CAN PLACE IN CROCKPOT TO KEEP WARM IF SERVING FOR A PARTY. YOU CAN ALSO FREEZE THE SPINACH BALLS AHEAD OF TIME BEFORE BAKING.
