SPINACH AND CHEESE TRIANGLES
I HAVE NOT REALLY TRY ANY OF THESE RECIPES AS OF YET,BUT I DO LIVE WITH MY SON AND FAMILY AND THERE ARE REALLY PICKY ON WHAT I FIX THEM FOR SUPPER ,SINCE I MOVED UP HERE FROM FLA I USE TO COOK WITH LOTS OF SPICE AND TRY DIFFERENT THINGS BUT NOT HERE. SO I HOPE THAT YOU ENJOY THESE RECIPES..

- chopped green onion
- 1/2 c
- butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp
- bag (16oz) frozen chopped spinach,thawed and drained
- 2 c
- crumbled feta cheese or queso fresco
- 2 medium
- 6 large
- thin flour tortillas
How to Make SPINACH AND CHEESE TRIANGLES
- 1Preheat oven to 350*. Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter for 1 minute.Add garlic and saute 2 mins. more.Add spinach and stir frequently until all moisture evaporates.Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and eggs. Cut tortillas into 3x10inch strips (about three per tortilla). Place 2 tbsps. spinach mixture on one end of a strip, and fold over like a flag.Place on baking sheet, seam -side down. Brush each tortilla with melted butter. Bake 20mins or until light golden brown. Makes 18 triangles.
