Ingredients

  • 1 box couscous (10 ounce)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 - roma tomatoes, diced
  • 6 - pitted olives, crushed
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano, dried
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/8 cup cayenne pepper, crushed

How To Make spicy couscous

  • Step 1
    Boil the water, add couscous, remove from heat, let stand 7 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add olive oil, onions, tobasco sauce, olives, garlic, tomatoes, cheese, and cranberries.
  • Step 3
    Serve as a side dish with beef, chicken or pork or another food. Enjoy.
