  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp

How to Make smoked salmon cucumber canapes


  1. Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise; remove an discard seeds. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingrediants. Spoon into cucumber halves. Wrap in plastic wrap. chill in fridge 3 hours or until filling is firm. Cut into 1/2 in slices an serve ummmm
