    medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2
    cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4
    cup red wine vinegar
  • 2
    tbsp. finely chopped cilantro

How to Make Salsa Fresca

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix vinegar, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit 20 minutes to allow flavors to marry.
