Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe haas avocado - removed from skin, pitted and cubed
  • 1/2 medium ripe tomato. chopped
  • 1/4 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt - to taste
  • pinch - cayenne pepper
  • pinch - paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

How To Make ~ refreshing avocado cups ~

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, cayenne, paprika and olive oil. Taste and adjust to your liking. Toss in the cubed avocado, tomato, garlic and red bell pepper. Toss to coat with dressing,
