Ingredients

  • 1
    8 oz pkg baked tortilla chips
  • 1
    16 oz can refried beans
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded mexican cheese
  • 1/2 c
    low-fat guacamole sauce
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 4
    scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 large
    sliced tomato

How to Make Quick, easy and healthy nachos

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. Place chips in bottom of pan.
  2. In saucepan, stir together beans and taco seasoning over medium heat , stirring until heated through.
  3. Spread mix over chips. Sprinkle cheese over mix. Bake for 5 mins. Dollop w/ gaucamole and sour cream. Sprinkle w/ scallions and tomatoes.
