Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz pkg baked tortilla chips
- 1 - 16 oz can refried beans
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded mexican cheese
- 1/2 cup low-fat guacamole sauce
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 4 - scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 large sliced tomato
How To Make quick, easy and healthy nachos

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. Place chips in bottom of pan.

Step 2In saucepan, stir together beans and taco seasoning over medium heat , stirring until heated through.

Step 3Spread mix over chips. Sprinkle cheese over mix. Bake for 5 mins. Dollop w/ gaucamole and sour cream. Sprinkle w/ scallions and tomatoes.
