Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz pkg baked tortilla chips
  • 1 - 16 oz can refried beans
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups reduced-fat, shredded mexican cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-fat guacamole sauce
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 4 - scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 large sliced tomato

How To Make quick, easy and healthy nachos

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. Place chips in bottom of pan.
  • Step 2
    In saucepan, stir together beans and taco seasoning over medium heat , stirring until heated through.
  • Step 3
    Spread mix over chips. Sprinkle cheese over mix. Bake for 5 mins. Dollop w/ gaucamole and sour cream. Sprinkle w/ scallions and tomatoes.
