How to Make Pickle Rolls
- Soften cream cheese.
- Trim crusts off your bread slices. Spread a layer of cream cheese on your bread slice. Lay a gerkin pickle on top and roll it up in your bread slice. Repeat this for all your slices.
- Refrigerate your rolls until cream cheese is firm. Approximately 2 hours. Cut into round slices about 1/2 inch thick. Enjoy!
