pecan glazed brie

i came across this recipe as i was trying some things for a cheese i needed for a demo. so i used what was in my cabinet and just put it together. My grandkids loved it because of the sugar and the fruit.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 can broken pecans
- 1 tablespoon brandy or brandy extract
- 10 -14 ounce wedge or round of brie
- - apples, pear wedges and seedless grapes
- 1 cup lemon juice
- - crackers
How To Make pecan glazed brie

Step 1In a bowl stir together sugar, nuts and brandy. Place cheese on large oven proof platter or 9 inch pie plate. Bake in 500-degree oven 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is slightly softened. sprinkle brown sugar mixture over top. bake 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar is melted and cheese i heated through but not melted. brush apples and pear wedges with lemon juice. arrange fruit and crackers around cheese.
