Made this last summer because we had an abundant crop of peaches. Not sure where I got the recipe but it was online. This is awesome. Gave some to my brother-in-law for Christmas and my niece said that all she wanted for her birthday was this salsa. LOL! It is great!

Ingredients

  • 6 cups chopped fresh peaches
  • 3 large fresh tomatoes chopped
  • 1 1/2 large red onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 large sweet red pepper
  • 4 medium jalapeno peppers, diced

How To Make peach salsa

  • Step 1
    Chope everything up you don't want it too little I like seeing each individual ingredient in my salsa!
  • Step 2
    Mix all together. Taste.You may add a pinch of salt if necessary.
  • Step 3
    Put into sterile canning jars,seal and boiling water bath it for 10 minutes! Let set for 72 hours before opening
