these are great appetizers . I make them a lot for family and friends . everybody loves them . soo delicious .hot or cold , with or without dipping sauce . I eat them plain .

  • 2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 2 c
  • 2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 4 large
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 tsp

How to Make parmesan zucchini crisps


  1. rinse zucchini . slice them with a mandolin , thin slices .
  2. sprinkle salt and garlic powder on zucchini .
  3. coat zucchini slices with flour . then add in egg .
  4. in a plate put panko bread crumbs and add parmesan grated cheese . coat zucchini in bread crumbs mixture .
  5. in a large frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil .
  6. get oil to be hot ,on med heat. add zucchini and fry them until brownish and crunchy .
  7. drain zucchini on paper towel . enjoy them while hot or even cold , with or without marinara dipping sauce . delicious either way !
