parmesan zucchini crisps
these are great appetizers . I make them a lot for family and friends . everybody loves them . soo delicious .hot or cold , with or without dipping sauce . I eat them plain .

Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
How To Make parmesan zucchini crisps

Step 1rinse zucchini . slice them with a mandolin , thin slices .

Step 2sprinkle salt and garlic powder on zucchini .

Step 3coat zucchini slices with flour . then add in egg .

Step 4in a plate put panko bread crumbs and add parmesan grated cheese . coat zucchini in bread crumbs mixture .

Step 5in a large frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil .

Step 6get oil to be hot ,on med heat. add zucchini and fry them until brownish and crunchy .

Step 7drain zucchini on paper towel . enjoy them while hot or even cold , with or without marinara dipping sauce . delicious either way !
