i create this avocado fries recipe,i use alfredo sauce instead egg wash,it's great with turkey burger with cheese.

Ingredients

large avocados,peeled and sliced
3/4 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
sea salt
2 tsp
italian seasoning,divided
2 tsp
seasoned pepper,divided
1 3/4 c
roasted garlic alfredo sauce
1
packet dry onion soup mix
2 c
panko bread crumbs

SPICY PARMESAN DIPPING SAUCE

1 pkg
cream cheese,softened
1 c
sour cream
3/4 c
sriracha
1 c
shredded parmesan cheese
2 tsp
crushed red pepper flakes

How to Make Oven Fried Alfredo Avocado Fries

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Position a baking rack on top of a baking sheet and spray the rack with non-stick cooking spray.Set aside.
  • 2In a shallow bowl,whisk together the flour,sea salt,1 teaspoon italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper.In a medium mixing bowl,combine alfredo sauce and dry onion soup mix,stir together until blended.
  • 3In a another shallow bowl,stir together the bread crumbs with the remaining italian seasoning and seasoned pepper.
  • 4Dredge an avocado slices in the flour mixture,coating it
    completely.Shake off any excess and dip into the alfredo sauce and then coat completely with the panko mixture.
  • 5Place on the prepared baking rack.Repeat with remaining slices.Spray each avocado generously with more non-stick cooking spray.
  • 6Bake for about 15 minutes or until coating is crisp and golden brown.Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • 7To prepare Spicy Parmesan Dipping Sauce:in a medium bowl,combine cream cheese,sour cream,sriracha,shredded parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes,whisk together until smooth and creamy.
