Ingredients
- 2 cups soaked chickpeas (use dried not canned if possible!)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 - handfull fresh parsley
- 1 - handfull fresh cilantro
- - salt ad pepper to taste
How To Make oven baked falafels

Step 1Soak dried chickpeas for 18 - 24 hours

Step 2Preheat oven to 375F.

Step 3Drain and rinse chickpeas and combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth and well-combined.

Step 4Spray foil-lined baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 5Shape into large, round tablespoonfuls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until dry and a bit firm to the touch.
