Oven Baked Falafels
2 csoaked chickpeas (use dried not canned if possible!)
1 tspbaking powder
1 mediumonion chopped
1/4 tspred pepper flakes
2handfull fresh parsley
1handfull fresh cilantro
·salt ad pepper to taste
How to Make Oven Baked Falafels
- Soak dried chickpeas for 18 - 24 hours
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Drain and rinse chickpeas and combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth and well-combined.
- Spray foil-lined baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Shape into large, round tablespoonfuls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until dry and a bit firm to the touch.
