I love these and so does everyone else. Hide a couple for yourself because they disappear quick.

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds potato
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 2 packages shredded mexican blend cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1 package sour cream

How To Make nummy tater skins

  • Step 1
    Wash potatos, pierce, and wrap in tin foil. Place in 450 degree oven and bake until soft.
  • Step 2
    Fry and drain bacon strips and set aside. Cut green onions into 1 cm rounds and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Remove potatos from oven. Unwrap and cut in half. Using a spoon scoop out most of the insides of the potatos. Place potatos skins in pan of hot grease or a fryer and fry until golden brown. Remove from grease and allow to drain.
  • Step 4
    Salt skins. Place bacon inside skins and top with cheese. Place under the oven broiler until cheese melts. Top with green onions and serve with sour cream.
