Ingredients
- 5 pounds potato
- 1 pound bacon
- 2 packages shredded mexican blend cheese
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 package sour cream
How To Make nummy tater skins

Step 1Wash potatos, pierce, and wrap in tin foil. Place in 450 degree oven and bake until soft.

Step 2Fry and drain bacon strips and set aside. Cut green onions into 1 cm rounds and set aside.

Step 3Remove potatos from oven. Unwrap and cut in half. Using a spoon scoop out most of the insides of the potatos. Place potatos skins in pan of hot grease or a fryer and fry until golden brown. Remove from grease and allow to drain.

Step 4Salt skins. Place bacon inside skins and top with cheese. Place under the oven broiler until cheese melts. Top with green onions and serve with sour cream.
