How to Make Nummy Tater Skins
- Wash potatos, pierce, and wrap in tin foil. Place in 450 degree oven and bake until soft.
- Fry and drain bacon strips and set aside.
Cut green onions into 1 cm rounds and set aside.
- Remove potatos from oven. Unwrap and cut in half. Using a spoon scoop out most of the insides of the potatos. Place potatos skins in pan of hot grease or a fryer and fry until golden brown. Remove from grease and allow to drain.
- Salt skins. Place bacon inside skins and top with cheese. Place under the oven broiler until cheese melts. Top with green onions and serve with sour cream.
