Norma's Quick & Easy Savory Spinach/Artichoke Dip

I know that probably there are dozen's of Spinish/Artichoke dishes on here, but really you neeed to try these. This is so easy to make. This is another great dish I served last year during the Super Bowl game and everyone loved it. It is so tasty. Most of my guest asked me for the recipe. Going to serve it again this year for sure. Also what's great is that this dip is only 70 calories.

(14 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 pkg
frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 c
bottled alfredo sauce
1 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 c
grated parmesan cheese
garlic cloves, minced


1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2In a large bowl mix all ingredients until well blended
3Spoon into a 9 inch quiche dish or pie plate.
4Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned
5Remove from oven and serve with assorted crackers
6*For a special extra. Sprinkle with additiional 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese before baking.
