- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
How To Make mommy's marinated mushrooms

Step 1Wash mushrooms thoroughly. Place mushrooms in boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Drain and cool. Mix remaining ingredients (I use a large mason jar with a lid)Add the mushrooms to to this mixture. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
