Ingredients

1 can(s)
chicken or tuna in water, drained
2
carrots, grated
1/2
onion, chopped fine
1 c
alphalfa sprouts
1/2 c
mayonnaise
2
green onion, chopped
1/2 c
cheese, shredded
6
won ton pastries
grated ginger, to taste

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan w cooking spray. Place 6 won tons in muffin pan, spray again w cooking spray. Bake in oven 8-10 minutes, or til crispy. Let cool. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Fill won ton cups w mixture, sprinkle w cheese. Enjoy!
