Ingredients
- 1 can chicken or tuna in water, drained
- 2 - carrots, grated
- 1/2 - onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup alphalfa sprouts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 6 - won ton pastries
- - grated ginger, to taste
How To Make min's won tons

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan w cooking spray. Place 6 won tons in muffin pan, spray again w cooking spray. Bake in oven 8-10 minutes, or til crispy. Let cool. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Fill won ton cups w mixture, sprinkle w cheese. Enjoy!
