Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken or tuna in water, drained
  • 2 - carrots, grated
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped fine
  • 1 cup alphalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 - green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • 6 - won ton pastries
  • - grated ginger, to taste

How To Make min's won tons

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan w cooking spray. Place 6 won tons in muffin pan, spray again w cooking spray. Bake in oven 8-10 minutes, or til crispy. Let cool. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Fill won ton cups w mixture, sprinkle w cheese. Enjoy!
