Ingredients

  • 2 cloves sliced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 12 - black peppercorns, whole
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 8 ounces jar marinated red bell peppers
  • 14 ounces jar water-packed baby artichokes, drained

How To Make marinated artichoke hearts

  • Step 1
    Place garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano and peppercorns into 24 oz container.
  • Step 2
    Add artichoke hearts and marinated red bell peppers.
  • Step 3
    Boil water and cider vinegar in small pot.
  • Step 4
    Pour over artichoke hearts and red bell peppers until 3/4 covered in liquid.
  • Step 5
    Pour olive oil over artichoke hearts and peppers until fully covered. Put on lid and shake.
  • Step 6
    Allow to cool then refrigerate for 24 hours. Keeps in fridge up to 1 week.
