  • 2 clove
    sliced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried oregano leaves
  • 12
    black peppercorns, whole
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 8 oz
    jar marinated red bell peppers
  • 14 oz
    jar water-packed baby artichokes, drained

How to Make Marinated Artichoke Hearts


  1. Place garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano and peppercorns into 24 oz container.
  2. Add artichoke hearts and marinated red bell peppers.
  3. Boil water and cider vinegar in small pot.
  4. Pour over artichoke hearts and red bell peppers until 3/4 covered in liquid.
  5. Pour olive oil over artichoke hearts and peppers until fully covered. Put on lid and shake.
  6. Allow to cool then refrigerate for 24 hours. Keeps in fridge up to 1 week.
