Ingredients
- 2 cloves sliced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 12 - black peppercorns, whole
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 8 ounces jar marinated red bell peppers
- 14 ounces jar water-packed baby artichokes, drained
How To Make marinated artichoke hearts

Step 1Place garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano and peppercorns into 24 oz container.

Step 2Add artichoke hearts and marinated red bell peppers.

Step 3Boil water and cider vinegar in small pot.

Step 4Pour over artichoke hearts and red bell peppers until 3/4 covered in liquid.

Step 5Pour olive oil over artichoke hearts and peppers until fully covered. Put on lid and shake.

Step 6Allow to cool then refrigerate for 24 hours. Keeps in fridge up to 1 week.
