I had so many left overs and have been blessed with fruit and veggies from friends...I hate to se anything go to waste..

Ingredients For making love out of left overs! corn salsa

  • 4-6
    left over grilled corn off the cobb
  • 2 c
    left over tomatos diced unless they are cherry ir grape tomatos
  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1 slice
    mango, firm
  • 2
    grrilled red and yellow bell peppers grilled
  • 8 sprig
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1\2 c
    white onion
  • 1 can
    white beans, canned drained
  • 1 can
    black beans, canned drained
  • GRILL CORN ON THE COBB, TOMATOS,ONION,GARLIC,BELL PEPPERS ON MY GEORGE FORMAN GRILL..

How To Make making love out of left overs! corn salsa

    open cans of beans drain.. chop all veggies, cilantro,tomatos,mango,garlic cutt the corn off the cobb ..mix all together in a bowl let chill over nite is best,stir salt pepper 2 shakes of hot sause optional..feta cheese crumbles serve with chips or top tostadas, tacos
