- 1/2 - chunky salsa (your choice)
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce or tabasco sauce.

Step 1cut avocados in half, remove pit and discard. Scoop out all avocado from skin in medium bowl. Mash with fork add salsa and hot sauce mix well. serve with chips or for even more fat free idea's serve with vegetables.
