  • 3/4 pound chicken, cooked & chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, black
  • 1 - celery stalk, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green olives w/pimentos, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon all purpose greek seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, course
  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced ** 24 slices **

  • Step 1
    in a qwwmixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except cucumbers. fold gently until well mixed
  • Step 2
    arrange cucumbers on a platter. top with chicken salad. garnish and serve
