How to Make Jill's stuffed mini peppers


  1. wash peppers, cut off stems, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds.
  2. spoon feta cheese into each pepper half.
    (this is Abigail.)
  3. using toaster oven or regular oven, bake peppers until soft and just starting to get a little brown.
    (this is Jill, abby's mom.)
  4. serve and enjoy!
    (this is Jill and Toby - two of my daughters.)
  5. yummm!
