Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 15 ounces can garbanzo beans, drained (if you don't have chicken stock use the juice from beans)
How To Make hummus appetizer-homemade

Step 1Place all ingredients in food processor, except the beans. Puree until smooth. Add garbanzo beans and continue to puree until creamy and smooth.

Step 2Taste, and adjust seasoning to your taste. Place in an airtight refrigerator container and chill until ready to serve. To serve, bring to room temperature,serve with toasted bread,crackers or vegetables, such as bell pepper slices, cucumber, slices, carrot and celery spears.
