Hot Artichoke Dip

1 lbcream cheese, softened
`1 can(s)14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 box10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 cshredded parmesan
1/2 cmozzarella, optional
3 clovegarlic, minced
2 Tbsplemon juice
How to Make Hot Artichoke Dip
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9X13X2 baking dish and set aside.
- In a medium size bowl combine mayonnaise & cream cheese, mixing until blended and creamy. Add chopped artichoke hearts, drained spinach, and grated cheeses. Mix well and stir in minced garlic & lemon juice.
- Spread mixture evenly into prepared dish. Cover with aluminum foil, and bake in oven for 15 minutes, then remove foil, and continue baking an additional 5 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with bread cubes, crackers, or tortilla chips for dipping.
