  • 1/3 c
    parmesan, grated
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/4 c
    cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 12 oz
    frozen artichoke hearts, thawed

How to Make Hot Artichoke Dip


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place garlic cloves and green onions in a food processor and process until shopped.
  3. Add grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice and crushed red pepper to the food processor. Process until almost smooth.
  4. Stir in the frozen artichoke hearts. Spoon the mixture into a 3 cup gratin dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers or chips.
