Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 - green onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 12 ounces frozen artichoke hearts, thawed

How To Make hot artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Place garlic cloves and green onions in a food processor and process until shopped.
  • Step 3
    Add grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice and crushed red pepper to the food processor. Process until almost smooth.
  • Step 4
    Stir in the frozen artichoke hearts. Spoon the mixture into a 3 cup gratin dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers or chips.
