Hot Artichoke Dip
1green onion, chopped
1/3 cparmesan, grated
1/4 ccream cheese
1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
1/4 tspcrushed red pepper
12 ozfrozen artichoke hearts, thawed
How to Make Hot Artichoke Dip
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place garlic cloves and green onions in a food processor and process until shopped.
- Add grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice and crushed red pepper to the food processor. Process until almost smooth.
- Stir in the frozen artichoke hearts. Spoon the mixture into a 3 cup gratin dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers or chips.
