Ingredients

2 clove
garlic
1
green onion, chopped
1/3 c
parmesan, grated
1/3 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
cream cheese
1 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp
crushed red pepper
12 oz
frozen artichoke hearts, thawed

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2Place garlic cloves and green onions in a food processor and process until shopped.
3Add grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice and crushed red pepper to the food processor. Process until almost smooth.
4Stir in the frozen artichoke hearts. Spoon the mixture into a 3 cup gratin dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers or chips.
