Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey breast or lean ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- - reduced-fat refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 can low-fat refried beans
- 2 cups shredded mexican-style cheese, i used reduced-fat
- 1 - small can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 - jalapenos, fresh, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
How To Make healthy tailgate pizza

Step 1Heat oven to 375. In lg skillet, over med-high heat, brown turkey or beef, if using beef, drai any fat. Unroll crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet.

Step 2Press dough up sides about 1/2" to form a crust. Bake for 11 mins. Microwave beans in a microwaveable bowl 1 mins. Spread beans over crust.

Step 3Top w/ ground turkey or beef. Sprinkle w/ cheese, tomatoes, black olives and scallions. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5-6 mins.
