For those of you who will be hosting a tailgating party, this is delicious and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey breast or lean ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • - reduced-fat refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 can low-fat refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded mexican-style cheese, i used reduced-fat
  • 1 - small can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 - jalapenos, fresh, seeded, chopped
  • 1/2 cup scallions, chopped

How To Make healthy tailgate pizza

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375. In lg skillet, over med-high heat, brown turkey or beef, if using beef, drai any fat. Unroll crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Step 2
    Press dough up sides about 1/2" to form a crust. Bake for 11 mins. Microwave beans in a microwaveable bowl 1 mins. Spread beans over crust.
  • Step 3
    Top w/ ground turkey or beef. Sprinkle w/ cheese, tomatoes, black olives and scallions. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5-6 mins.
