For those of you who will be hosting a tailgating party, this is delicious and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast or lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • ·
    reduced-fat refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 can(s)
    low-fat refried beans
  • 2 c
    shredded mexican-style cheese, i used reduced-fat
  • 1
    small can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1
    14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1
    jalapenos, fresh, seeded, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    scallions, chopped

How to Make Healthy tailgate pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375. In lg skillet, over med-high heat, brown turkey or beef, if using beef, drai any fat. Unroll crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet.
  2. Press dough up sides about 1/2" to form a crust. Bake for 11 mins. Microwave beans in a microwaveable bowl 1 mins. Spread beans over crust.
  3. Top w/ ground turkey or beef. Sprinkle w/ cheese, tomatoes, black olives and scallions. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5-6 mins.
