Love this because it is so easy and you can make as much as you need and can control the heat as well. Great with chips to dip or even great on a bacon cheeseburger. Hope y'all enjoy

Ingredients
- - **** this is for 1 ripe alvacodo, for each alvacado you use just double the other ingredients.
- 1 - ripe alvacado, slightly mashed
- 1/4 cup fire roasted corn ( i used leftover from the night before, can just use whole kernel)
- 1 - roma tomato, seeded and finely diced
- 1 - green onion, finely diced
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper(depends on how hot you want it)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
