Ingredients For grilled poppers

    fresh jalapeno peppers
  • 12 oz
    pork sausage
  • 12
    bacon strips, halved

How To Make grilled poppers

  • 1
    Wash peppers and remove stems. Cut a slit along one side of pepper. Remove seeds, rinse and dry peppers. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Stuff peppers with sausage and wrap with bacon; secure with toorhpicks. Grill or broil peppers until bacon is done. Makes 24 servings.
