    wooden skewers
  • 16 large
    brussels sprouts
  • 1 tsp
    melted coconutr oil
  • ·
    pinch sae salt
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp
    hot sauce

How to Make GRILLED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH RANCH DRESSING

Step-by-Step

  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water about 45 minutes.
  2. Slice the Brussels sprouts half through the stem end.
  3. Toss the sprouts, coconut oil, and the sea salt into a large bowl.
  4. Thread the sprouts onto the wooden skewers, and place on a hot grill cut side down
  5. Grill about 5 minutes until edges are golden and crispy
  6. Whisk the ranch dressing with the hot sauce to taste.
