16 largebrussels sprouts

1 tspmelted coconutr oil

·pinch sae salt

1/2 cranch dressing
-
1/2 to 1 tsphot sauce
How to Make GRILLED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH RANCH DRESSING
- Soak the wooden skewers in water about 45 minutes.
- Slice the Brussels sprouts half through the stem end.
- Toss the sprouts, coconut oil, and the sea salt into a large bowl.
- Thread the sprouts onto the wooden skewers, and place on a hot grill cut side down
- Grill about 5 minutes until edges are golden and crispy
- Whisk the ranch dressing with the hot sauce to taste.
