- 4 - wooden skewers
- 16 large brussels sprouts
- 1 teaspoon melted coconutr oil
- - pinch sae salt
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoons hot sauce
How To Make grilled brussels sprouts with ranch dressing

Step 1Soak the wooden skewers in water about 45 minutes.

Step 2Slice the Brussels sprouts half through the stem end.

Step 3Toss the sprouts, coconut oil, and the sea salt into a large bowl.

Step 4Thread the sprouts onto the wooden skewers, and place on a hot grill cut side down

Step 5Grill about 5 minutes until edges are golden and crispy

Step 6Whisk the ranch dressing with the hot sauce to taste.
