When the weather turned I harvested my tomatoes and made this recipe. I found it on www.delish.com. I added some seasonings.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces green tomatoes
- 8 ounces ripe red tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels (or frozen)
- 1/4 cup chop fresh chives - or 1/8 cup of fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper (or to taste)
- - taco seasoning mix (or to taste)
How To Make green tomato salsa

Step 1Chop the red and green tomatoes. Chop the chives.

Step 2In medium bowl, gently stir tomatoes with corn, chives, lemon juice, taco seasonings, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors, or up to 8 hours. Drain before serving if chilled longer than 1 hour.
