- 2 large green mangoes
- 3 tablespoons diced ginger
- 3 tablespoons diced tomatoes
- 1 small green pepper
- 3 tablespoons diced red onions
- 1/2 bunch chopped dill
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons diced celery

Step 2Put it in the refrigerator for at least an 2 hours. You can add more salt or vinegar if you want depends on your taste.
