  • 1 can(s)
    pillsbury cresent rolls
  • 1 8 oz
    chive cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 of each
    red, green and yellow bell peppers
  • 1 c
    broccoli, fresh- chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    carrot, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp
    cucumber, chopped

How to Make Fresh vegetable appetizer


  1. Do Not seperate or unroll the cresents. Cut them into 16 slices. Place rolls cut side down onto an ungreased cookie sheet with sides touching.
  2. Bake 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Place on serving platter.
  3. Mix cream cheese and milk together. Spread over cooled cresents. Chop up the vegetables and sprinkle over the cream cheese layer.
  4. You can arrange the cresents to shape a Christmas tree then bake.... row 1--- 1 cresent, row 2--- 2 cresents, row 3---3 cresents,....thru 5 rows;5 cresents. The last row use only 1 cresent for the trunk of the tree.
