pillsbury cresent rolls
1 8 oz
chive cream cheese
1 Tbsp
1 of each
red, green and yellow bell peppers
1 c
broccoli, fresh- chopped
2 Tbsp
carrot, shredded
3 Tbsp
cucumber, chopped

How to Make Fresh vegetable appetizer


  • 1Do Not seperate or unroll the cresents. Cut them into 16 slices. Place rolls cut side down onto an ungreased cookie sheet with sides touching.
  • 2Bake 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Place on serving platter.
  • 3Mix cream cheese and milk together. Spread over cooled cresents. Chop up the vegetables and sprinkle over the cream cheese layer.
  • 4You can arrange the cresents to shape a Christmas tree then bake.... row 1--- 1 cresent, row 2--- 2 cresents, row 3---3 cresents,....thru 5 rows;5 cresents. The last row use only 1 cresent for the trunk of the tree.
