Who doesn't love onion dip?!? How about made w/ real onions? I have always made this every year when the sweet onions come in. Found some yummy fresh onion dips on JAP but my family recipe is simpler and, I think, lighter. Use fat-free sour cream for lighter still. I have never used the fat-free though, so I cannot be held responsible for how it will taste... So grab the crudités and chips; it's snack time! Serving note: I love to use this as an appetizer when we grill out. Served w/ a grilled entrée, my "Backyard Grilled Bacon-Cheddar Loaf" and my "Oh So Simple Summer Corn Salad". YUM!
