    each green and red bell pepper chopped in chunks
  • 1
    large chunked cucumber
  • 1
    sweet vadalia onion, quartered, pulled apart
  • 1
    large fresh chunked tomato, bite sized
  • 1 bottle
    low cal italian dressing
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Fresh Marinated Veggie Salad


  1. in large bowl combine all the vegetables
  2. pour on enough dressing to coat
  3. add ground black pepper and toss
  4. cover with tight lid and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight
