Ingredients

  • 1 - each green and red bell pepper chopped in chunks
  • 1 - large chunked cucumber
  • 1 - sweet vadalia onion, quartered, pulled apart
  • 1 - large fresh chunked tomato, bite sized
  • 1 bottle low cal italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make fresh marinated veggie salad

  • Step 1
    in large bowl combine all the vegetables
  • Step 2
    pour on enough dressing to coat
  • Step 3
    add ground black pepper and toss
  • Step 4
    cover with tight lid and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight
