Very important that you use just ripe avocados to get a good flavor and consistency. Never judge by color, but rather with the way they feel. You want firm but soft enough to leave an indention when you squeeze them. ;-)
2roma tomatoes, diced
1/2small yellow onion, finely chopped
2jalapenos, fresh. seeded and finely chopped
1 Tbsplime juice
1 Tbspcilantro, fresh
How to Make Fresh Guacamole!
- Cut avocados in half and remove seed. Spoon out into medium sized bowel.
- Mash avocados. Then add garlic salt and black pepper to taste. (I add a little at a time and sample along the way)
Add fresh vegetables, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well.
- Serve with chips!
Makes approx 2 cups.
